Red Lines: Modern Grand Strategy ("the game") is developed by Filipe Tessaro. The game does not collect data about you. There is no account of its own, no ads, analytics or third-party SDK gathering information.
Everything the game stores stays on your computer and is not sent to us.
Saved games, the scenarios you build in the editor, preferences (language, volume, map and interface style, screen mode) and an error log the game uses to recover from crashes.
This data lives in the game's data folder under your Windows user (in %APPDATA%\Red Lines), created by the game itself.
Name, email, phone, contacts, location, advertising identifiers, files on your computer or any other personal information.
In a single-player game the game does not connect to any server. The only exception is opening these pages in your browser when you click the links in Settings.
In a multiplayer game, the game exchanges with the other players in the same session the game orders (moving troops, building, declaring war and so on) and the messages you type in chat. This goes through Steam's network. We do not receive or store any of it.
In the version distributed on Steam, the purchase, achievements, multiplayer and cloud saves (if enabled) go through Steam, by Valve Corporation, and follow Valve's privacy policy. We do not receive your payment or Steam account data.
The game simulates modern warfare on a strategic map, with no graphic violence. Since nothing is collected, there is no children's data to protect.
Delete the %APPDATA%\Red Lines folder or uninstall the game. If you use Steam Cloud, turn it off in the game's properties on Steam first.
Since nothing is sent to us, there is nothing to request deletion of anywhere else, which is why the game has no account-deletion page.
If any feature that sends data is added, this page is updated before that version ships, stating exactly what starts being sent.
The date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
